How fast do orders ship?

Free shipping from our US warehouse. Orders process in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in about 3 to 7 days.

Is the flame real?

No. The Ember uses a lifelike simulated flame with light and mist. It is completely safe and cool to the touch, so there is no real fire, no smoke, and no burning.

How do I use it?

Fill the tank with water, add a few drops of your Flowstate oil, and press one button. The flame glows and the calming mist begins.

Do I need the oils?

The Ember works with plain water for the flame and mist. Add Flowstate oils whenever you want your room to carry a scent.

What is your return policy?

If you are not in love with it, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Shipping and Returns page.
