Shipping. Free shipping on every order, sent from our US warehouse. Orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 days.

Returns. If you are not in love with your Ember, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in original condition. Email hello@goflowstate.ai to start a return and we will guide you through it.
